Roof Waterproofing Coating

A thin coating (usually 4-5 coats) applied with a brush, roller, or spray. Materials: Acrylic, polyurethane, or polymer-based liquids. Benefits: Flexible and more others material option 

 

Apply the first layer of waterproof coating using a roller, brush, or spray machine Ensure an even and uniform layer without gaps or bubbles.Allow the first coat to dry (usually 30 to 40 minutes).

Apply the second coat perpendicular to the first coat for better coverage and strength.Let it dry completely as per product guidelines.

 

In high-risk leakage areas (joints, parapets, drains), embed a polyester sheet or cloth sheet between the 2 or 3 coats   for added strength and flexibility.
